Refund Policy

In the event of a cancelled event, ticket-holders will be offered the opportunity to receive a refund of the ticket price

Please consider your purchase carefully. As we are a small Festival run almost exclusively by volunteers.

We had previously offered swaps via Facebook in lieu of a refund, but the scammers were causing problems and trying to rip off our loyal patrons.

As a result, refunds only will be available for the 2025 festival but these will incur a 20% booking agent and admin fee to cover our agent’s costs of processing. Your returned tickets will go back into the “available for sale” section of our ticketing system. Refunds will be made for genuine medical difficulty reasons. Change of mind, or “double booked” cannot be considered after17 March.

The YFF Ticket Office will be located inside the Yackandandah Senior Citizen’s Hall in Wellsford St, behind the Memorial Park. It will be open from 5pm Wednesday March 19, 2025. All ticket enquiries before this time are to be directed to our festival website.

You will receive an email confirming your booking. Please ensure that you keep either physical or electronic copies of your receipt which is your “tickets” and bring them with you to the Festival Ticket Office where they will be scanned and exchanged for wristbands. If you do not have proof of purchase, you may be asked to pay a surcharge to confirm payment and your entry will be delayed due to the process involved. The Festival Ticket Office is located inside the Senior Citizen’s Centre in Wellsford Street  Yackandandah, just behind the Memorial Gardens Park.

Please Note: The festival ticket office will not open until 5pm on Wednesday March 19, 2025. Do not attempt to coerce staff at either Yackandandah Community Centre or the Tourist Information Office as they cannot issue tickets. Our staff will be happy to assist you on the abovementioned day.
